Browse products, choose size and color (if applicable), add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment method to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You will see an estimated timeline before you pay. Once shipped, you can track your order from your account when tracking is available.

We run promotions such as free shipping on orders over a minimum amount (for example, orders over ₹75) when advertised on the site or in our announcement bar. Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Start from your account orders page or follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchange policy. Keep items unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging where required. You may need your order number and photos for certain cases.

Available options (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, COD where offered) are shown at checkout. We use secure payment processing; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

For online payments, your account is typically charged when you place the order successfully. For cash on delivery, you pay when the order is delivered, as per courier terms.

You can usually check out as a guest or create an account. An account makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and manage returns.

Sign in and open My orders in your account. You will see status updates and tracking links when your order ships.

On each product page, use the size selector and open the Size Guide tab or modal when we provide measurements for that item. Fit can vary by style; when in doubt, compare your body measurements to the chart or size up/down based on the fit description.

We photograph products carefully, but colours may look slightly different on your screen due to brightness and calibration. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
